there is a faction called qotor or something their troops full of unsullied the weird thing when i am their vassel i cant recruit from villages also tygrian faction maybe has them right like at the slave bay

you can't recruit unsullied from villages as they aren't normal units with an unit tree. You can only hire them from the unsullied trainer who you can find from different taverns around westeros or if you have a town of your own you can hire him to set up a shop in your town so you can hire unsullied. He usually has 10 unsullied ready to be hired each week.

In 6.0 the two options to aquire unsullied are:
Buying them from this Essosi in the tavern whom you can hire to train them in a town of your choice or you can buy them in Qohor (the town)(Like the Axe Guard in Norvos or the Andals in Rhyos)

Guys there is another way to recruit them... if you own a town or castle and are a vassal or Qohor then go to the "manage castle" option in your castle and choose recruit troops then add some number of times to recruit and after 1 night you should start getting troops from the faction you are from, in this case Qohor

You can get hundreds of unsullied this way

In the list when you enter a town; starting with Go to the Castle, Take a stroll and so on. There a bit further down.

@Bitter End: Do you just get Unsullied this way? In that case Qohor would be too overpowered because the recruitement only costs 800 for around 10 troops (at least with the Freelancers) and they don't cost upkeep (yeah I know 1 coin...)

Yea, thats how I got 200+ unsullied but then left Qohor to join the Targaryens. Qohor should be op cuz of this but the lords in the faction never seem to have more than ~30 unsullied
