It's impossible to progress. Soldiers are expensive as the seven hells to recruit, upgrade, and maintain, and they die constantly in every battle. I joined Renly and I have yet to get even a single mounted unit. This isn't a skill or strategy issue. My guys simply don't have the damage output to go up against anything beyond bandits

Anyone know how to increase the Iron Bank's interest rate? I've searched using Morgh's Editor but can't find the Bank's identity in the files. I've also gone in to .docs with the default notepad and ran searches for Bank in files like scripts, triggers, simple triggers, etc.

Part six: The solution: cheat menu. It's not actually cheating, given that your campaign bugged. So, anywhere on the world map, hold down ctrl and hit the "~" key. In the prompt, type in "cheatmenu" and hit enter. Now go to reports, character report, personal report. You should see an option to increase your right to rule. Each time you click it, it will give you 10 rtr. So if you want to be exacting, click it three times if you have sent, or wanted to eventually send, ten companions out to do rtr, for example. Since each companion will get you three right to rule, and there are ten of them, then three clicks will give you 30 rtr. When you're finished, return to the world map, hit ctrl ~ again, type in "nocheatmenu" and hit enter.

Part five: Upper left hand corner>File>Save As. Ideally you'll overwrite an existing save other than the one you're currently editing. Exit warbender. Now launch the game and load the save you just saved. Go to the town you specified for that companion in Line 12. He/she should be in the tavern, and though you recruit them as normal, they won't cost any money (as you already paid them initially, for those who required payment); in fact, they should still have exactly the same gear/horse that they had when you first sent them out on their mission. If, by any chance, that mission was gaining right to rule, you're probably wondering how to now gain it, given that you can't rely on sending any other companions out to gain it and thus risk the same bug occurring again and again.

Part four: On Line 12, troop cur center, on the right change it to whatever town you wish (you can use the mousewheel to scroll through the list of towns). Go to line 150 (do not use mousewheel to scroll down to this line if you just used it to change Line 12, as it will simply continue scrolling through towns). On the right hand side of line 150, you should see a "0". If you don't, erase whatever number is there and put a 0 instead. Go to Line 151. On the right hand side it should say "tro_failed_to_join_army". Erase that and simply put the number "0".

Part Three: Left hand corner "troops (hit the tiny dropdown icon beside the first letter)". Scroll down until you find your companion (I found mine in the 1400's). Or, if you see a search bar in the upper left, just type in the companion's name instead (when I first started using it I couldn't access the search bar). Click on the companion's name. Open the drop down beside "slots". Line 2 will say troop occupation. To the right, change "slto_player_companion" to "slto_inactive" by typing it in.
WolfgangKrauser 8 月 31 日 上午 3:24
Part two: Download Warbender. Launch it. It will ask you to choose a saved game file. Go to: Documents>mount and blade warband savegames>specific mod you're using (if using native then perhaps it will just say warband or native or whatever>choose the savegame you want to edit (if you don't recognize the names, just look at the time/date. If it's the last one you saved, that'll be the last time/date, so if you saved it today, at X o'clock, that'll be the date time to look for). Click yes on "no module metadata found..." error message, if it pops up.

Part One: I have suffered an issue whereby, after sending out companions to gain Right to Rule, they did not return. Stuck at expected back in 0 days for ages, and never return. I read what others had to say about the bug, but no solution worked for me. I tinkered on my own and came up with the following fix. I hope that anyone who has gone through this miserable circumstance and wants a way out finds this post, which I will try to post elsewhere as well.

UPDATE: Having taken Raventree Hall multiple times thus far, though not for very long, I have, each time, set the Castellan to recruit "Archers" in the recruit troops option when speaking to him. Thus far, however, I still have never received a single Raventree Archer. How long does it take for a single one to be recruited? Eventually, I modded it to change these archers from "Commoners" faction to "Player Faction", but, again, I did not hold it the hall for long. Meanwhile, I can't help but notice that Lord Blackwood gets Raventree Archers even without any fief to his name. So, therefore, it would seem that somehow these archers are linked directly to that character somewhere in the files. Does anyone know where?
