This I am looking for a mod to get organs from dead

You could always add different tasks for the dissection on the table. Dissecting for medical research would just yeild doctor experience. Dissection for organ removal could add some doctor experience and the possibility of an organ. Dissection for human butchering could add doctor experience with chances of meat and leather. Dissection for implant removal...it would give it a bit more flexibility with what the results could be and it makes sense that there would be a research goal when doing the work.

There is Harvest Organs Post Mortem that allows you to do exactly that. With the new updates it looks like a solid mod allowing to get some organs or bionic parts back from the dead.
If I get some time I'll try to code some features if you have both mods installed. Like using the autopsy table instead of the dissection table (to reduce the amount of different workbenches).

For me these two mods collide. Having one lower in my load order breaks the other one and vice versa.

Ah okay! Well going to use both and just switch order whenever I want to use the other table. (this is better anyway so this is going to be loaded 99% of the time hahaha)

Forgot to update this thread. Harves Organs Post Mortem is supported now and the two mods should not conflict anymore (see the mod description for more details) :)
