Also, you could tweak "real" DPS by adjusting weapon spread - big numbers don't really matter if you can't hit anything 15 meters away from you, that would create a feeling of recoil and increase the "spray-and-pray" feeling that you get when you use a minigun in most shooters.

I'll make a secondary "auto-cannon" version which fires more damage at a slower dps.

Adding some knockback(something like 10) might help too. If it doesn't kill enemies quickly - it can at least be good at keeping them away.
I'll increase the damage output, change the spread and add some knock back and I'll test it out :)
