Thor's Bane is a Scinfaxi class submarine from Ace Combat 5. With my own custom load out and ship name. This monster of a sub in Stormworks has 24 double large warhead ICBM's good for 15+Km Ranges. That can be aimed and fired with the 2 drones, The dedicated radar terminal, the targeting buoy, and the targeting pod on the top of the sub. This sub also comes with 6 EMP Air burst missiles for anti aircraft, and disabling other ships. These can be fired from the targeting buoy or the targeting pod. The sub also comes with 12 high speed friend or foe torpedoes. with decoy resistance for close range engagements. Its also incredibly quiet. and has a top speed of 30 Meters a second making no were safe from its reach.

START UP: Everything is controlled from the bridge. Just go to the reactor terminal. Turn on both locking keys, then just press the now unlocked button. You can then turn off the locking keys to secure the reactor. Then wait a minute or two for it to warm up, and she is ready to go.

DRONES: The drones are nearly 100% autonomous. Set your directions, and launch the drone. From there you can use the drones targeting laser, its inferred by the way to send directions back to the ICBM's. When using at long range the land may not have spawned in properly. You can stabilize the camera to see if its sending data properly. You will know because the camera will lock to that point on the ground and not look away. When the drone is on final approach. You will have to give finial left and right inputs to line up on the runway. Also note. Only land drones when the sub is underwater.

EMP / Targeting Buoy: When using EMP Missiles. You will use the buoy or targeting pod to lock onto a target. When fired the missile will go to that point and altitude. Then press your 2 key to update the tracking point, so if your shooting at a plane you may have to update it frequently to get the missiles cone to see the target. Just be careful not to target your own missile.

SILENT MODE: Turning on silent mode will quickly silent the reactor, and run the sub off battery only. If the sub is not moving it will become nearly invisible to sonar, and even anti decoy torpedoes will still chase a decoy over the sub.

PLEASE NOTE: This sub has to build itself, and will only work in deeper harbors.

That should be all there is to it to get this monster going. I hope you all enjoy the submarine ^^.

You can, but I designed the sub to run on low physics so it won’t be so laggy lol ^^.

The laser is inferred. When looking thru the aiming scope. Which I highly recommend lol. You want to aim with the little player aiming circle in the center of the screen. Also, it has always been like that. I did however just add night vision to the drones. It comes on automatically when it starts to get dark out. You can see the laser in night mode.

Thanks a bunch! Got it working! Also was the Drone laser always invisible?

In the past I recalled I could see the laser when using the drone to aim with, but all I seem to have to work with now is the drone camera and no laser.
Did I forget about a switch that turns on the laser?

Thanks a bunch ^^, and I know your issue. The drones are meant for long range reconisense, and they don’t like to climb up to altitude in hover mode for some reason lol. To fix it just send the drones out further away so they can have time to climb in forward flight mode. Once at altitude you can put in another set of coordinates to bring the drone back to the closer target. I hope this helps.

Im having an issue with the drones.
I punch in the coords. Fire one of the drones, and at first it appears to be going towards the coords (less than 2km away) but then it stops at a random point and begins spinning and hovering in the sky endlessly.
The only thing that stops it is when I call the drone back to the sub.

I added a set of dive plains on the front. Some massive lag improvments, and added manual pitch control to the drones when landing.
