Please check your installation and restart the game.
If you are 100% sure you have installed it correctly, restart the game a few times. This is a problem with Garry's code and I cannot fix it.

Please install the binaries and ensure the GWater2 DLLs are in GarrysMod/garrysmod/lua/bin.
Note that GWater2 does NOT natively work on Linux or Mac systems.

No. No requests. You would have to find your own workshop items to make "both blood and water separate" or at least close enough. Gwater2 is gwater2.
Unless multiplayer works. Never tried.
