Have you tried it on a gwater2 related map to see if it still falls through? Just asking. I can't give feedback on it.

Whenever I use the water it falls through the map. I checked my specs they should work for it, I double checked installation, and changed a ton of different settings. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I think that's because some maps don't work with this addon if they use displacements. As far as I know, there's nothing that can be done about this aside from using another map.
