NSC Custom Shipset Fix

unofficial NSC3 patch for custom shipsets.

This mod aims to create a system that allows specific shipsets to be able to use completely custom parts ignoring the vanilla parts that the game offers, it also allows you to use more varied weapon positions, you do not have to be limited to the number of turrets that the vanilla ship models have.

A good example of this system is the Yamato shipset "EarthDefenseForce_01" which only uses ships with mobile turrets and does not use the basic parts, in this way it is possible to have only capable parts available when assembling a ship.

Work with the following ship sizes: Corvette, Frigate, Destroyer, Cruiser, Battlecruiser, Battleship, Carrier, Dreadnought, Titan, Flagship, Explorer, Colossus, Juggernaut and Defense Stations
