@[Andon] I hope you do not mind, if I point people towards my mod here, since you marked this mod as outdated. Feel free to suggest it as an alternative way to get an absolute clear camera view once again.
I might poke at seeing what's needed to update it, but don't hold your breath. Whip's mod is pretty good, so you can use that.

There are many others that do the same flawed thing but with a different overlay.
May I suggest looking at Whip's version instead? Instead of replacing the camera sbc definitions, it uses a simple one-time script to patch the current camera definition. Whenever Keen change things, Whip's mod just works. If you need to make your own, take a look at the script from Whip/Digi.
