Once again, giving a heads up that a 1.10 update will take a while, if needed.
Anyone who's checked my Steam profile in the past month will probably know that I got hit by the Umamusume train and have been playing it almost nonstop since June, so apologies for any past and future delays since I'm probably going to keep playing it 😅
FYI: I keep an mod update tracker on Discord, and since 1.9, I started keeping a copy of it in the description of my Vic3 mods collection . If you're not on the Vic3 Mod Co-op Discord, then you can view the update status there instead so you know which mods are currently being worked on and which ones are slated for an update.
Before that, I ate Manchuria and conquered Japan. I hope the reform will be completed sooner
아.. 드디어 업데이트 되었다.. 기다린 친구들한테 알려줘야겠네요. 드디어 빅토리아3를 다시 깔때가 되었네요. 제작자님 감사합니다. 너무 오래 기다려서 더 기쁘네요.
In 1.9, the impact of lobby opportunities was greatly reduced, so it was impossible for, as an example, Joseon to sign a defensive pact treaty with Russia because the smaller bonus from the lobby opportunity wasn't enough to overcome the maluses Joseon had due to being an unattractive ally for Russia.
This has been replaced by a new event that gives you the option to create a new treaty with a Great Power where they support your independence in exchange for one of a few different concessions (money, power bloc embassy, or investment rights).
Other than that, there are no new events. It was primarily an update to make the mod work with 1.9 and a lot of smaller tweaks.
There is a long list of miscellaneous changes & improvements that accompanied this update. Check the change log if you are interested in seeing what has been tweaked.
Please let me know if you find any problems!
If anyone Hangul-literate wants to fix them, here's a filter for the offending strings:

Currently doing technical checks for the latest Korean translations (big thanks to dedeper and Islamic for their work for this patch) to make sure no localization code has errors.
