As it's possible (albeit unlikely) that it's clashing with more than one mod, I'd prefer to not to repeat the process from scratch starting with Vending Machines, but I can if nothing leaps out at you...

I feel like if you had the generic versions of the vending machines with a fuel type of materials, food and supply then had it be a passive thing that pawns could just refill (and guest take from) I feel like that would be a better way for me personally. Supply could be a craftable item that includes fuel, materials and meds.
