I found out the hard way.
If you are willing to change a few lines of code yourself this is what you have to do.
1. go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\3006389281\1.6\Defs\RecipeDefs
2. Open Recipes_Production.
3. find the part that says
<recipeUsers>
<li>CraftingSpot</li>
</recipeUsers>
4. Paste this over that part
<recipeUsers Inherit="False">
<li>CraftingSpot</li>
<li>ElectricTailoringBench</li>
<li>HandTailoringBench</li>
</recipeUsers>
5.Safe file and launch game. The recipe should now apear in both the powered and non powered tailoring bench.
Only problem is if the ever update that file you will have to do this again.
It's only the stinkers that are worth something but you can't plant them in large areas since of the rot they spread.
And even if you try to make small farming beds under the mountain the stinkrot will spread through your walls.
Idk if it's worth it tbh, while planting and harvesting my pawns constantly get lungrot infection and need to be medicated which is again waste of time.
I appreciate the mod but i wish we could plant more mushrooms in under mountain areas.
