Welcome people. I present you my imitation of Mercedes-Benz Actros. I hope you like it, give it a thumbs up please. Enjoy.

Basic info:
  • Top speed 95 km/h (slightly less when towing)
  • 1760 L fuel capacity
  • Sunroof
  • 6x6
  • Lockable doors
  • Automatic headlights
  • 12-SPEED realistic AUTOMATIC gearbox with function of forced upshift and MANUAL SHIFTING option
  • Onboard computer
  • Luxury cab for 2 players
  • 1.0 equipment
  • Refueling connector
  • Trailer connector
  • Suspended cab

Operating with gearbox:
Gearbox is realistic automatic. Keep in mind you should be always braking when you change gears IRL. The truck will not allow you to change gear lever position when going faster than 10 km/h

1. You start the truck

2. You hit brakes (S)

3. You change the gear lever position by buttons in cockpit, or by Up/Down.

Shifting pattern is:
  • P - Parking position. Parking brake is engaged.
  • R - Reverse position. Parking camera will be shown on screen
  • N - Neutral position. Parking brake isnt engaged and car can move independent of the engine.
  • D - Forward drive position.

4. You release brakes, and you can go.

Onboard computer tabs:
  • Fuel level
  • Speed
  • Engine temperature
  • Battery status
  • Map - zoomable
  • Automatic air conditioning

Trailer comunication:
Truck sends composite data through the connector
Channel 1 Number - W/S
Channel 2 Number - A/D
Channel 3 Bool - On/Off
Channel 4 Bool - Daylights
Channel 5 Bool - Highbeam
Channel 6 Bool - L blinker
Channel 7 Bool - R blinker
Channel 8 Bool - P brake
Channel 9 Bool - Reverse
Channel 10-13 Bools - For controlling various stuff on connected trailer

Functions:
  • Adaptive steering - the faster you go, the less you steer, for a smooth driving. This assistant can be turned off.
  • ABS - Anti-lock brake system. Prevents the wheels from locking during braking.
  • Parking assistent - When reversing, indicates the distance from objects with a buzzer
  • Automatic headlights - lights are set to auto by default, they will light up automaticaly according to the time of day. You can manualy control them on display behind the steering wheel on the left.
  • Welcome lights - the car will greet you by turning on the lights when you come close to the car at night, so you can find the door handle and get in. Welcome lights will not be working when you manually set headlights to OFF.
  • Smart interior lights - they will turn on when you open the doors, and they will remain turned on 10 seconds after you close the doors.

W/S - throttle
A/D - steering
Up/Down - gear selector, forced upshift
Left/Right - turn ON and OFF manual shifting
1 - Left blinker
2- Hazard lights
3 - Right blinker
5 - Unconnect trailer

This truck likes the break constantly to the point where it gets annoying, I had a bug with the truck sticking the accelerator down for no reason leaving me out of control except for the brake basically making the truck impossible to drive. There has been a issue with me shifting out of park before where the truck will flash Reverse or Drive but then instantly put me back into Park.

Feels funny to drive something in Stormworks that I've actually driven IRL, good work mate!
