DSG 6L90

,,Sport mode added power" can not have bigger value than any of the ,,Gear power dividers".

Please read section "Operating with gearbox" down below, for understanding how to use it.

  • Top speed around 120 km/h (140 km/h in S mode) - it all depends on your car´s weight and power of engine
  • Start/stop system - will turn off engine when you stop and hold brakes. Engine will turn on automaticaly as you release brake again. This assistant can be turned off.

Operating with gearbox:
Gearbox is realistic automatic. Keep in mind you should be always braking when you change gears IRL. The gearbox will not allow you change lever position when pressing W, except when you are driving in D, and you wanna switch to sport S, and vice versa.

1. You start the car

2. You hit brakes (S)

3. You change the gear lever position by buttons in cockpit, or by Up/Down.

Shifting pattern:
  • P - Parking position. Parking brake is engaged.
  • R - Reverse position.
  • N - Neutral position. Parking brake isnt engaged and car can move independent of the engine.
  • D - Forward drive position.
  • S - Sport forward position. Engine has more power and car accelerates faster.

4. You release brakes, and you can go.

Thank you very much for this controller, I have used it on my amphibious truck. I still have to solve the land-sea passage in an elegant way. but thanks to you now I have an automatic gear for the truck on land

Search for 'Rheinmetall Boxer CRV'. The gearboxes are under the engine. i added a temporary dial in the cab thats connected to an pressure sensor reading RPS after the gearboxes and clutch.
