first stop screaming as it wont help the slightest.
second if you go over the guide provided via the moddescription it states that you need to be inside a faction yourself.
you can create you own or join a player created faction for it, dont join any of the premade npc factions from se itself or aie as that will break stuff.
some stuff still needs to be adapted to the apex survival update.
as every block needs to be manually added to theyre databanks so they know what to do with them blocks not present in there can cause issues. vanilla blocks already present prior to the fieldwork update where no problem for me so far besides a hickup every now and then but they where able to recover from it.
