Cheats? This game has no cheats.

What do you mean with "custom maps don't work"? Your own maps? Other people's maps? Are you talking about multiplayer maps or singleplayer scenarios?

Other People's Maps, they aren't appearing and Red Alert has Mods that allow cheats but they aren't working for some odd reason, maybe an update, I don't know.

Don't download maps through the workshop; it tends to not work. Browse the workshop for interesting maps, but then look up their name and download them through the game instead, or they might not unpack correctly.

As for mods, you need to do more than just subscribe to them in the workshop; you need to specifically enable them in the Options menu.
