You can quite easily create one yourself. Just go into you SFM folder, create a directory called like Garrys Mod or something along those lines and inside create the folders, 'models' and 'materials'.

After unpacking the .gma file for this addon. add the subsequent files and folders to the SFM directory you just created.

Not SS for god's sake. It's a normal lightning bolt ,and I've recently compared them- The angle/bend is different.
