I strongly recommend uninstalling this mod and installing Frackin' Universe, for all I know they've fixed the mod by now.
Am I missing something?
Sorry to everyone who cannot use the Solar Rifle. If it doesnt work, simply don't use it.
Please, don't give up on the MOD, just follow @Xaliber instructions and let it flow... since it's just Mech Parts I doubt you'll have much trouble to maintain it until someone else decides to assume.
Anyway, thanks! :D
- Open the mod uploader tool (the same one you use to upload this mod)
- Select your mod directory (make sure it has the same folder name and _metadata file, because it contains the mod ID)
- The tool will recognize the mod as your own
- Upload the mod
I'd much rather prefer for a more seasoned modder to take the mod, fix it so it is actually good, rebrand it if they wish, and upload it again.
Hopefully with this, the mod will actually work!
I'll see if I can update it later today.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I reccommend backing up your player and ship data, and reinstalling the game.
I don't know any actual fixes, but that should do the trick.
Sounds Holy to me.
jokes are fun
Thanks for the correction.
Can I disappear now?
That's embarrasing-
Thank you for the input, if I ever get back into Starbound which i doubt , I'll look into that.
All of my modding experience is from trial and error, and from previous knowledge for modding games such as Team Fortress 2.
As for anyone else reading, please do not install this mod if you have other mods already installed. I doubt they'll like each other very much.
please use JSON patch system instead of replacing mechpart config files
You want a molotov shotgun? Shit, go nuts!
You want a sound-blasting boombox cannon? Sure!
You want an oversized blender for an arm? Absolutely!
If only I was actually good at modding~
Honestly, I secretly hope Chucklefish or some talented modder/s put together a Combining system for mechs. Tell me I'm not alone in this. o_o;
Unfortunately the entire mod seems to be bugged, and as of now I don't reccommend downloading it unless you're certain it will work.
