Is there something I'm missing here? This never loads for me, and I have it first on my subscription list, with no other mods that change menu text (currently using Voobly map pack, no snow/grid, pu$sywood, and ResonanceBot).

Charging a group of monks with a group of knight line units is a great risk. Knight rushes are often countered by monks in Castle Age. It is a fair assessment that monks can counter knights/cavaliers/paladins.

In my 15 years of playing this game and watching countless replays by top level players, I've never seen one instance of paladins being inconvenienced by monks. But I guess you have a point, the question of paladin vs. monk comes down to cost ratio between fielding the two against each other. But then again, most players prefer to use pikemen for that purpose.

@Universal7 but i think that this mod can help in some types of units, for example, i am not clear to me that archers on horseback are good against infantry as good as archers because in the info says that "are good for quick attacks and retreats" or something like that

Paladin weak vs monks, yes. But no one can use it since it require a micro skill of a computer and a brain of a human to use it effectively in massive battle, still very cost effective if a monk or two convert a pally.

Paladin weak against monks? Are you kidding me?

This mod sort of cuts out the learning process of any game. Imagine is starcraft 2 had something like this. Mods like this hamper the player in that there is no learning involoved. But I will support this mod for people who dont play that much.
