This mod is still a major favorite for me! It is so useful in fully exploring places that you would otherwise be unable to get to under normal circumstances or for locating secret areas that you may have otherwise missed.

@MithranArkanere after you get the tech, go to the penguin bar. there you will see a mission notification. that's how you get the unprotected one.

@Lord-Xanthor I only needed this mod and the mod required by it. Installing the original as you mentioned messed up the tech panel, making it impossible to switch techs. With just this mod and the one required by it, it works perfectly along all the techs from RPG Growth and other mods that patch techs in.

This works 100%. Tried it with 1.4.3. You need to be subscribed to Phase Shift Module - 729731551, Phase Shift Module Unprotected Version - 731883480, and this one here Phase Shift Module Unprotected Version for 1.3 - 953998174. I am also subscribed to Frackin Universe, and all my mods are in both server mod section and game client.
There is one issue, first make sure you do the quest from the tech professor, and yes, when done both versions don't fully work, which is most likely why many say this here. You need to talk with the penguin bartender to get the updated unprotected phase matter quest. Here is one bug, he only asks for phase matter, but he also wants one diamond as well which doesn't always show up.
DO NOT DO THE PENGUIN QUEST FIRST OR THIS WILL NOT WORK!!!

Have this and the original mod installed but I am unable to go through protected areas as others have reported. Love the mod otherwise.

I can't get it to work. I downloaded the mod and got the tech, but I can't pass through protected blocks.

Jessy2299 Just type in /admin and you become invicible, as well as getting unlimited energy

also when you cast a fishing line and you are in phase mode you get stuck

by the way, if you use unprotected mode and wall jump, when you go down and a direction, you glitch out and move slowly

Ok I found why my speed bugs. If you get the tech while in admin mode it bugs out and makes you move super slow.You have to complete the quest out of admin mode or it will break it.

Awsome. Still pretty buggy with the speed (you are too slow with out pushing space and too fast with it for builing or looking around.) but a lot more helpful now.
