Thanks for this very useful mod mate!!! BUT something wrong is happening only with your mod enabled and riding the Freightliner Cascadia 2024, as I can't take external contracts from WoT as it gives me a link error with WoT! Can you fix it, please?
Also, I think it would be very nice if you could make a "painted only cam mirrors" (without the basic ones) option for the Cascadia 2024. Thanks in advance. Keep up the good work...

Is it possible to add an beacon option for the Mack trucks to keep the roof cap on with a beacon like how they did it with the Cascadia or the W900 rework where you can have either a beacon without a roof cap or one with the roof cap that has the bracket on the side

Sick mod I use many parts but I would love the lone Star "air filter big flare and beacon" to have a chrome variant as the paint version is broken with my paintjob

Roof lights are stored in the def/vehicle/addon_hookups/ folder not in the truck folders.

As an example: my angel lights are in two files called ijs_angels & ijs_angels2 - to add compatibility for something else you would need to add a new suitable_for[]: "xxxxx" where xxxxx is the node location name given by the truck mod you want to add them to.

Hi, love your mod, but i wanted to ask you a question, is it possible to get those roof beacon light to work a non-scs modded truck ? i went through the files, found definitions for say, 389, but inside that, i couldn't find where the lights are stored

my thinking was to go into Def copy 389 and name the copy as... like modded.389

would that get the roof lights working on a modded truck or is it more complicated than that?

The chrome fender is part of the chassis model unfortunately.

Hi, thanks for the new update. A small request, would it be possible to add a paint or plastic variant of the rear fender for the Western Star 57X? Because as far as i know, that does not have a seperate node for it, and I understand you are reluctant to replace the entire model just for one node. Thanks anyway, and have a happy new year :)

Not at this time. The new truck doesn't even have a proper UVmap for painting, so making parts will just lead me to having to change things later on when they do update it. I'd rather wait until the truck is finished and see what parts they include.

Just curious, will you add parts for the NextGen T680 that scs just released? I know they're supposed to be adding all the cab variants down the line at some point. Either way, I love using this mod.

Using an exclusive node would require replacing the entire cab model to add the node.

When I circle back to working on this mod again I will take a look at all the options and see if there is an option I am happy with. Truth is I want the cutouts on the w900 too, so it is something I want to do if I can make it work.

Thank you for the reply. would be easier to just make the grill cutouts its own node? that way you can keep the cutout and change the grill. It is just an idea and I understand if it cannot be done.
