@Eclipse the Dragon, go to the outpost and go to the shop nere the ark teleporter or have a mod item in your inventor and unsub from the mod and the item will tern in to a Perfectly Generic item

@Sora Zealon you have to pick up a perfectly generic item, then the blueprint is unlocked and can be crafted the same place all the other EPPs are crafted

@Sora Zealon: Nope, and no intention on adding it, as that would kind of be stepping on Sayter's toes. If you're playing FrackinUniverse, the biome hazard system has been radically altered and expanded. Rather than EPPs, which FU alters to only protect against a single hazard, may I recommend you craft some of its many protective armors?
