You get the medic pack by interacting with the L4D2 logo in the magazine rack.
Headcrab by touching the valve in the middle of the room.
Techies by grabbing the emblem on the dota 2 shield thingy display case

I just get error textures as well, and for the Driftwood and Tower Bridge rooms too, though I'm able to visit other rooms.

@People asking about the medkit
The medkit is unlocked by pressing the Left 4 Dead 2 that's in the trophy / award hall. It's on the wall with all of the magazine covers.
