I just get error textures as well, and for the Driftwood and Tower Bridge rooms too, though I'm able to visit other rooms.

@People asking about the medkit
The medkit is unlocked by pressing the Left 4 Dead 2 that's in the trophy / award hall. It's on the wall with all of the magazine covers.
