If you wanted to play really tall from the start perhaps, but the citadel has been destroyed and the suppression field with it, with no communications to the Overworld either, they only stand a reasonable chance against the unknown by making some concessions.

the civics should allow you to use the "Neutering" Purge type because that's what the combine were doing to humans

The civics are really strict in requirement, they require you to be fanatic materialist, fanatic authoritarian and militarist.

I'm using a militarist ethic but the combine traits aren't let me choose them. Is this a glitch or am I just doing something wrong.

This mod is currently on hiatus due to the sub-optimal state the game has found itself in as of late, once this is addressed or alleviated, the hiatus will remain except for certain cases of bugfixing.

Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990 - There you have all the addon files stored, you should be able to find it there. specifically the 1567966619 folder.

I just want to use the advisor portrait for the empire (none of the additional rebels, overwatch etc. as great as they are!) any ideas how I might be able to do that? I've tried finding them to simply delete them but can't find where they're saved. Thanks

Update: Kind of narrowed down the cause, I still have to experiment to determine how to fix it, progress is being made.

Idk if it's for lore or balance but it'd be cool if the Citadel allowed you to build things you'd need a Planetary Capital for like Chemical Plants, Military Academy, etc

Hi there! sorry for the lack of updates, to be sincere, I have been experiencing a bit of a burnout in modding, that and I am waiting for Stellaris to be properly fixed, which seems it will be pretty soon. But the project is not dead yet, I have plans to return trying to make content for this mod.

It is already this way, as a way to control almost everything is dependent on the civil protection civic, I did not personally like that, but it was the only way.
