the quests are bugged, i've looked into the code and they were supposed to give paks and act as a tutorial for the species but they are not finished at all. so you'll just have to deal with an unbeatable constantly regiven quest in your menu

cus for some reason i not see this pak it talk about and the quest still show as active not complete

what sponce to happen when i accept the two pop up quest when i build a new Irken ?

@Evrir, i'm working on a proper resprite and i would love to do way more with the mod. sadly enough i can't code. i don't yet have any permission from EnigmaCrome (aka XenoMind) to open my mod to the public :/

to anyone else reading this that wants to help me or just play around with the changed sprites, please tell me

It's a shame this mod is dead as I grew up on Invader Zim and to be honest the race would fit in rather well into the expansive Starbound Universe as a fun crossover. I can only hope that one day someone takes up the mantle to bring it back to life and am genuinely appreciative of what EnigmaCrome has created.

@pastafrola kid, as far as i know and have tested. this mod is compatible with the current update, any errors you may find are with other mod compatibility issues or it simply not being developed yet by the creator of this mod

Is this mod still compatible with newer versions of the game?

actually, i'm working on this mod without any permission at all and i'm doing a bunch of resprites, alt color changes and a teeny tiny bit of coding to make sure your ship locker has a pak

yeah i'm pretty sure this mod is dead. on hiatus he said, huh? yeah right...after 5 years of no activity! look i'm not hating on the mod dev or anything, but it annoys me seeing so many good mods get abandoned with no one else willing to maintain it. seriously, can we please have someone else here maintain this mod if the mod dev has abandoned this mod? there is literally another download in the desc that contains a version that doesn't have it packed together or something like that in a zip file.

i do believe this is a dead mod.. lots of bugs that are not being patched

@EnigmaCrome All you have to fix is one of the very first popups which is supposed to give you the PAKback item ID, but instead it gives nothing. Come on!!!!

Dunno if the issue got worse or better since I last dabbled in this mod.

@Wilosaur | If you take a look around, the issue is prevalent. Easiest way to disable this issue is to just skip the intro and grab the PAK within the ship inventory. If the ship doesn't have one, you can always spawn it in through /admin.

The PAK isn't in ship locker or where ever it should be. Can't do starting mission since you just start to lose health as soon as you get the manipulator and if you die in the starting area from this your basically soft locked since you spawn on the ship without the mission going. This mod requires you to use admin just to get it started.

i know this mod is old but is the PAK supposed to spawn on you or do you have to make it

What are the quest IDs? I was spawning stuff in on a non irken character and I now have a quest I can't remove. I tryed posting an imagie but the quest is given when you make hoverPAK

Put on a PAK. You're supposed to spawn with one, though the quest that does so is currently broken until either I or Xeno make a fix for it.

@sophiametcalf you just need to grab the 'all hal the irken empire' poster from your ship locker or craft one via the workbench.
