This mod works perfectly well. And is not deprecated anymore.

It didn't change naming, it changed the order of the block config

I didn't think the new upload would've changed in naming and stuff enough to need a patch, but I never gotten around to testing that. I will include a link to this in my mod description.
Did you also patch the quest template file (sr_NekoStarterEquipment.questtemplate)?
