Modifications like Corkscrew Rules and even Paradise Lost dont work well with the mod, and it is intended to be played on a normal AW7 or STP game.
Also to me it seems like the audio quality is very low. Of the voice files I mean. Sounds more like they have been taken from the original Postal and not Redux. But can be that they were supposed to be that bad to sound oldschool.
I suppose if you wanted to disable it a manual uninstall would be in order. Though tedious, it can be done by comparing files from the .rar to your folder and removing them as necessary. Of course you could always just verify the integrity of your game cache but I can't guarantee that will remove all traces of the mod.
Why you upload sounds files to workshop and scripts without sounds in rar package?
Also yes, my mod should have no issue working on Windows 10.
