I asked if there was a dummy dungeon mod on reddit, but unfortunately no mods exist for placeholder dungeons for this situation.
I might as well ask before I painstakingly use the pak opener terminal to open each of my like 100s of mods to find which tries to call this non-existent dungeon.

they are required by the Dungeons Everywhere Floating Dungeons Legacy Addon, Dungeons Everywhere Subterranean Dungeons Legacy Addon, and the Expanded Weapon Generation - Better NPC Equipment - Legacy Addon.
@shadowwolftjc I highly recommend you add those mods into the collection since other mods require them or they will crash without them
Good to know it's not just me, though. Please let me know when it's fixed! I'd love to replay the old dungeons again!
Until the problem is fixed, I recommend uninstalling all Dungeons Everywhere mods for the time being.
What I did was work through the intro mission, and then at the end, I was in the ship. there was no planet below, just space. I could press E on the ship console, and it turns on the lights. continually pressing e simply simuilated the lights turning on over and over. that's all I did.
The problem with those two mods being discluded, is you have dependancies in this collection. the Dungeons Everywhere Subterranean Dungeons Legacy Addon relies on the original subterranean mod, for example. not including them means that, if you were to subscribe to all and presume it works (I did that once while troubleshooting), it simply won't launch.

The issue is the same. that infinite looping issue. It is most certainly 100% caused by one of the mods in this pack, or those other two you've made not listed in this pack!
One thing, Dungeons Everywhere Floating Dungeons is not in this collection, it seems. that's a dependency of one of these mods. I'll report back on when I encounter the issue again.
Removing all of your mods removed these errors, and allowed me to actually land on the first planet. keeping them made me end up in a ship over space, with no planet below me. stuck there, unable to start the first mission of the game
From what I understand, if I could take an educated stab, is that it is trying to find a starting planet, but it's reading it wrong somehow?
Have you tried to play a new game from scratch, to check it on your end?

Any idea what to do?
Thankfully, as of right now, none of these mods should require creating any new characters. Moreover, only the mods that add new biomes, dungeons, and microdungeons would require visiting and exploring worlds that have never been explored before. So, technically, what's stopping you from trying my mods out? ;)
