Psionic rifles appear to have a slight issue. When you craft them, they register as "one-handed" but have a secondary attack, cannot be aimed, and cannot be fired. In addition, they do not appear to have any kind of damage or energy cost, instead being a pretty useless waste of resources. Is there a fix?

Their is a problem with my Hardlight Halberd....It keeps on blowing up XD.
