报告翻译问题
I did read the NOTE: 1 through 10 but can't find where else to ask.
Wanted to know if you would make this skin ownable.
You don't have to just simply asking.
I actually have this wallpaper and could make it ownable myself however that means i would have to use someone else's SII and TOBJ file on a existing mod to get the skin to work in the game.
The SII file i can do. The TOBJ file however i have tried but i don't have the correct program to create/edit that particular file so it doesn't work.
I don't take others mods to edit and upload them. Any editing i do strictly skins, i do for personal use just to clarify.
