I know the song, I'd add it if I were updating the pack. It's a pretty big hassle to update this, and I'm not currently interested in Starbound at the moment, but I'll consider it for the future (it's a good song too!)

could uh... you find some way to add road taken to this awsome songpack? you probly know this but it's from fe14 (fates) if not it's cool.

Songlist link is at the top. But to answer your question, no, not really. It has one song from Mother 3 (magypsy party). I hadn't played through Mother 3 when I made this pack. If I ever update this pack (and I don't see myself doing so in the near future) I would certainly add Mother & Mother 3 songs.

You can check the songlist, but no. I don't think I put any songs from FE13/14 in the pack.
