Site seems really old, but I've aquired the midi file from it myself to make sure and it plays just fine. I had a mod for Starbound already that had this song in it but I've since purged my mods to fix some crash issues and sadly I can't seem to find the mod which added this song again.

You have to pick and choose which MIDI channels you mix, and MAKE SURE (I think this is your problem) that you seperate the percussion channel from the rest, because it goes off an entirely different set of notes
