I don't mean to be rude, but it really isn't explained at all. :SmokingGlock:
I just want to be able to play normally AND get achievements, it's really hard now when the enemies see you miles before you see them.

That's not supported officially, but modders figured out a way how to do that. I believe there's even a guide in workshop guides on how to merge 2 mods.

this mod disables health regen on executions, it seems like you have mixed both mods together
