Once upon a time, there was a game whose name was synonomous with perfection. It had many players, and for a time, they were happy. Then, a great wave of automatons swept through the land, devouring all it's coal and yew trees. These machines were, eventually, defeated at the hands of the bot nuke, and once again the players were happy. This continued for a while, machines coming and then dying soon after. However, on one fateful day, everything changed forever. Weapons and armor suddenly had their appearances changed, players gained the ability to breath fire and spin in circles, and the leveling system no longer made sense. Players were outraged, and demanded it be changed back. But it was not. Many left the game, and it's once filled servers began to empty. Eventually, the creators reopened the orignal game to all who still payed for the game, but it was too late. The game was dead. And so ends the story of Runescape, may it rest in peace.

i both agree and disagree with all of you. the eoc made some battles easy pluss i'm able to to wuld nah kest and yol tul shur in rs now but i also hate how alot of stuff cost so much money or how hard it is to make said money. also all the scamers and hackers botters make the game suck

i miss the runescape clasic days..... i made my account in clasic and still play rs just stuck being poor because i won't cheat like 90% of the players do. i've never made more then 10m in game :( [well my kingdom helps when i'm a member]

Since the EOC rune now needs 50 attack for weapons and 50 defence for armor which was an idiotic change on the part of Jagex.
