There's a download available of GameBanana, but it's a version for use in TF2, not Garry's Mod.
I would hex it, but the last time someone did that, it was taken down from the workshop, so instead, I'll give you a step-by-step instructional list on how to get it working in Garry's Mod!

- Download the file
- Open "newsspyro.zip"
- Take the folder inside and place it in "Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons"
- Open the folder you just put in there, and open the "models" folder
- Rename the folder inside the "models" folder into anything you want
- Install the "Extended Spawnmenu" Addon
- Boot up Garry's Mod and find the ragdoll under "Legacy Addons (Info Inside)" folder in your spawn menu.

Nope, but if you've got a follow-up statement like "that isn't how you use a lenny", it was a part of the original commenter's name, so I just copy-pasted it to the top of my comment so everyone could see who I was responding to.
Now that he's deleted his original comment, it sorta ruins the flow of the comment section, but at least people know it's a response to someone and not just me spewing random text across the comment section.

There was one up on the Workshop, but it appears it was taken down for some reason.
You can download the model from both DeviantArt and Gamebanana, the pages are pretty easy to find with Google.

I didn't model this, Nugget, rabscootle, medli20 & MultiTrip did. All I did was hex it so people could use it in Gmod.
You can still bonemerge this to the Femscout though, but I'm not sure how well alligned it'll be.
