not sure but the only way to remove checkers is setting your shaders to medium / low

If you replaced the texture softsilver with another or even try to re-create it the mods should be fine. I'm not sure if this is the issue with all of them, but the reason they show broken for others is some sort of corruption to the environmental maps. If worst comes to worse just replace all custom envmaps with $envmap env_cubemap to make them use the standard.

Yep,but the really difficult problem is my video card is Nvidia,while someone is Intel,that's why my mods show texture problem somehow.

The problem with the Overwatch models lies with softsilver.vtf

Fix that and the models will work. Somehow that texture is corrupted.

I had to get rid of Sombra because I was getting errors with her, one when a hunter pounces on her. Plus her model freaks out such as her hair virbrates and her shoulders have these weird white patterns and her blood spray is the same white patterns as if I was shooting a pillow.
