Im no longer active with cities: Skylines.
However i do know that the mod needed for this is also not longer suported.

You can re-create this with the move-it mod, you then just drag the points closer to each other to make it smaller.

@Noible, In-game it’s under the intersection icon.
If you can’t find it there u need to activate the asset, you do that by going to Main Menu and then Content manager.

Just tried both this one and the smaller one.
