Now my starbound wont load properly

I upgraded my ship and now my game crashes every time I try to load my boss monster character

@ConfusingDalek I think that it's this mod exclusively, it seems as though the developer hasn't set up something to do with the ship once it's repaired, maybe not having built repaired ship furniture or something that's assigned to the race yet? If that's the case then it should be a pretty easy process to fix it, just copy some files and set their values to be for the monster race

@Asriel I haven't really used this mod much myself, lol. I was just asking about what is generally the most common point of failure with mods. I hang around in the Frackin Universe discussion areas a lot, so I was just acting the way I usually would.

@sassykatt777, would you be willing to release documentation and art assets for this mod, so that someone could fix it? Or fix it yourself, which would be preferable to everyone involved.

Also having the loading-forever problem. I have nothing else installed that affects races, ships, or missions.
Several people have reported this literally game-breaking bug @Dalek. Stop it.

Same problem, got locked into a loading screen after repairing the ship and teleporting to it.

@Dalek I even have the same problem aswell, And i dont have anything that could cause this, And like the creator said, it is their first mod, They might not even have SHIPS ready for the goats yet!

Are you guys 100% sure that it is this mod? Many conflicts between other mods can do exactly what you are describing.

for some reason, my ship teleporter, ship locker, and sail are not appearing in my ship

Once you repair your ship after the mining facility mission returning to your ship just locks you into a loading screen, unfortunately you can't progress after that, not even with console commands becuase once you reload your character it tries to load the ship(since that's where you appear when you load your character) and that causes you to be locked into the loading screen, so not only can't you return to your ship, you also can't load your character either

can we fix the teleportation issue? when i try teleporting down, the teleporter just sends me up then down to my ship. its a little aggravating.

Actually no, you're wrong. Ask Gerson after a True Pacifist run. The question is "Is Asgore a goat?". He clearly says:
"ASGORE. He's a real interesting type of monster. The strongest type of all. We call 'em Boss Monsters. When they have an offspring..." aand etc.

Have you read any of the lore in Waterfall? Toriel and Asgore are considered "Boss monsters". They are special in the monster world. That's why their souls stay for a moment after they die.

ummm. i would like to report a bug. apparently after a while my boss monster will get stuck in teleport and not return from it. i do hope you can fix this as i would love to keep playing as goat mom farther than the echrius horror. also if you can add support for other mods like the asriel ai mod. that would be awesome. i do hope you work more on this mod as well. i would love to see custom gear and a ship if you would allow it.

Reach, Boss Monsters are what Toriel's and Asgore's species called. Ask Gerson after you get the true ending, but before going to the outside.

Also, I hope this does get updated into a full-fledged mod with dyable clothes, a ship, other clothes, horns, and hair, etc... It'll be even better!

Hey um, I think you(Being sassykatt777) and I could work together. I'm making a mod very similar to this of the chucklefish forums called Goat People...( If you're wonder No, I did not copy you. Infact I was had my mod on the forums before this was up so...)

Okay so... I found a file in the ships folder where I hadn't changed the "skest"s in it to "boss monster" so I fixed that, but my character seemed to work fine before I did that so... I'm not really sure, maybe recreating your character might fix it? or maybe there's a mod you've downloaded that alters ships that's messing with it? if not, then I don't know how to help you, sorry :/

I checked the player folder. looks like the .shipworld file is missing. this should be easy to fix (I hope)

I'm getting an error while loading character
"You were disconnencted from the server for the following reason: Client ship world errored"

What are all of the races you have in your screenshot?

Something with the template is causing the error. I've tried it with all of my mods enabled, and with ONLY this enabled, and everything in between, and the error only shows with this mod and these "skitfit2legs" it has due to the template. I'd appreciate it if this issue gets resolved, as even an Admin Mode game-crash is still a crash...... I always wanted to play as Toriel, too, or at least dress like her.

Crashes my game when I try to access the sewing machine in Admin Mode. Error states "skitfit2legs" caused the crash.......

@Dorrivix: No, I'm not using any B.Y.O.S or any other ship mods.

@Moonchim: I'm getting the same error, are you using B.Y.O.S. or any other ship mod?
