Besides that it is the same. I literally installed and learned the creation kit just to do this.
Just a question though - the Vampire light armor set (Dawnguard) doesn't actually have any associated headgear. Will that still benefit from Matching Set perks with this mod, or does it lack support for those perks entirely?
I don't mind taking a hit in armor to go helmetless. What I do mind is when over half my perks stop working simply because I want to show my face. Gonna subscribe to this now - if it works out well (no crashing or other unresolvable issues), you'll get a rate up and a recommendation to everyone I know.

You can also try to make the changes yourself, you just need the Creation Kit, load the mod up in it along with Skyrim.esm and Dawnguard.esm, go to Perks > MatchingSet, double-click it, and add another line into the list of conditions there identical to the others, but using the proper keyword for vampire armor.
