Thanks for the mod. I would normally just play survival, but I hate dropping items. Casual mode on its own is too easy to even be considered a challenging playthrough. This increases the tides just enough for the game to be fun.

Hiya Zetty, thanks for the simple but excellent tweak. Would you mind adding one little more tweak for a GUI hint? Basically replacing the text in character creation so it says "Eat to survive, but no death penalties" instead of the usual ones.

Great work i love hunger effects but i dont like item drops so this fixes that conundrum
