The Normal fishing rod is crafted at the foraging table, the durable fishinng rod is crafted at the Agricultural Station.

Where can i build this i cant find it

Excuse me, but is there a way you can create an addon such as an admin lure and line? Uncraftable, but spawned in using the spawnitem (item spawn name) command. Just a suggestion, Thanks.
