Compatible with Portal Particle Removers/ mods that freeze the Gate?

I mean that you should set this mod to check whether the Glitch Mission is complete or not. So if your character hasn't beaten the bone dragon while the portal is open, it should show those caution tapes. Cuz it seems pretty stupid to have those tapes there if you have done the Glitch Mission of that character. Just an idea for this mod.

this is good cause i ve played on a server that this portal was opened and i died by looking at a monster i tried to kill :O i didn't gave damage to it.

what if you make esther warn you about it being spoilerific to go through the portal if you haven't finished the quest yet, instead? xD i kinda like staring into that void thing.
