don't count on energy cost to balance things, especially when very popular mods like Frackin Universe add energy packs.

They seem like they could be pretty OP. Perhaps you shouldmake them use more energy so that they're very powerful, but only in short bursts?

Love the Concept, but i have one tiny issue... The Weapon Class should be in Caps (SMG) as it's an abreviaton. But other than that, It's Brilliant!
