ya they make you float, that's pretty much the whole point of this mod

Does it make you float or is it just cosmetic?

The things are kind of hard to see, since they don't seem to add any width to the arm?

This is unique... adding a tiny little item that IRL is for children swimming who want to swim easier. For the guy below, Water Wings are a pair of small plastic inflatable arm wraps filled typically with either oxygen, carbon dioxide, or helium so kids ages 3-6 can swim easier. They are commonplace in many countries with access to first world comforts and a family pool. I never learned to swim with those things since I'm by the ocean, and a river... and basically everyone in my area knows how to swim. I'd like to call Water Wings 'life preservers for kids'. They are also something kids young and old mock other kids for wearing since you don't need them to learn to swim and they can pop easy from something like a bug.
