It depends on how they work. If they modify the base human ship files, it should work because this mod just makes the game load those instead of the floran ships. If they add new ship files and make humans load the new ones instead, it won't work, this would give your floran the unmodded human ship still. Either way, it probably won't cause a crash or anything.
