can someone pleade tell me the dash tech mission id I cant find it on google

I can confirm: if you've already completed the relevant quest prior to installation, you can only get this tech with admin commands.

Yet the energy dash doesn't actually have an energy cost.

ill wait for a "normal" way to gain it, for multiplayer play, but so far it sounds promising :)
