do I have to unlock this somehow? I have it installed and even started a new game, and my leader cap remains the same.

Just a quick test, bu it seems to be working in 1.3 w/ Leviathans. Leader cap increased to 500 andI now have 5 leaders to choose from who are all little more than children (a 16 year old with the "Retired Fleet Captain" trait :steamhappy: ).

Just a suggestion, the age of new leaders/governers should be pushed up a bit. More like 18-30 or something. Heirs should remain the same or maybe be pushed a little younger still. I'd even consider naming heirs around birth or 2-3 years old, given how long the setting ruler is probably going to be ruling. That would help prevent the case where a ruler dies and his heir is only a few years behind him.

the mod works great. just an FYI it does flag it with the red (!) saying its not up to date. the mod is 1.2.4 and the game is 1.2.5. still works just fine tho
