This mod changes the following:
-- Increases leader pool size to 5 (from 3)
-- Decreases the time a leader will sit in the pool to 5 (from 10) - Gets rid of less desireable leaders quicker!
-- Increases the leader base cap to 500 (from 10) - Run tons of science ships and still have space for governers/admirals/generals! Works well with mods that increase core planet cap.
-- Reduces the heir age minimum and maximum to 12/18 (from 18/24).
-- Reduces the leader age minimum and maximum to 16/24 (from 28/50).
-- Increases the age at which a leader's chance of natural death increases to 100 (from 72) - Combined with the above changes, should drastically increase the lifespan of leaders.
-- Adds a new leader trait "Stimulus Package"
