Mine also fixes the club ceiling lights, and was released 20 days before the other one. I don't think it really matters which one you'd use to use if all you're looking for is the hatches. I am also under the assumption that Chucklefish has yet to actually fix this oversight- I haven't touched this game in a long while.

@John_Aqua for your second concern, the hatches and the vertical doors are completely separate objects with independent definitions.

What probably caused this is the devs copy-pasting a vertical ship door file to make the hatch (which is a perfectly reasonable thing to do), and then missing the need to change the wiring points on it.

THANK YOU! Even though I'm not one to get knee deep in wiring, when i first started using the ship hatches, this would really bug me, simply because it was out of place

You must have something editing the files since pure vanilla the hatch wire positions are the same as the vertical door ones, which is wrong.

Someone's Reddit thread on the matter, even showing the error.
